The Standard Barn is a mini barn built on a single premise: Safe storage of your belongings shouldn’t break the bank. With that in mind, we built this sleek, sturdy mini barn that’s made to take the abuse of the Indiana weather. The shingles and siding come standard with 30 and 50-year warranties respectively. The floors are made of pressure treated lumber to withstand rot and decay. And all of that with a price tag starting under $2225!
In addition to its rugged construction, the Standard Barn is customizable, with a huge variety of shingle, siding, and trim colors to choose from. Every person is unique and we believe even their mini barn should reflect that.

The Standard Barn Always Includes:
- Walls built with 2×4 framing, 16″ on-center
- Trusses at 2′ on-center with 2 1/2″x6″ metal truss plates
- 4″x4″ runners and 2″x4″ floor joists, all pressure-treated (joists are 12″ on-center for extra strength)
- 3/4″ Huber PerformMAX® 500 tongue-and-groove flooring
- LP® SmartSide® siding and MiraTEC® trim, both with a 50-year warranty
- 2 coats of Lifetime Warranty Sherwin-Williams® Resilience® exterior paint
- Dimensional shingles with a 30-year warranty
- Heavy duty door hinges fastened with 2 1⁄2” screws and bolts
- A 10-year, top-to-bottom warranty!

Paint colors, lofts, siding choices…they all combine to give nearly limitless options for personalization. That’s the benefit of working directly with the builder instead of buying a prefabricated storage barn sitting in a sales lot somewhere!
