The Deluxe Storage Barn. It looks like something you might see in a black and white photograph from past centuries. But we brought this classic design to the present and crafted it to fit into your backyard. Like they say, “If ain’t broke, don’t fix it.”
Because it’s a storage barn, we built the Deluxe Storage Barn sturdy and functional. Because it’s deluxe, we gave it a higher profile to allow for more cubic feet of storage space and more room to customize. And between color choices, siding styles, and door/window placement, there’s plenty of customizing to be done. The Deluxe Barn Always Includes:
- Walls built with 2×4 framing, 16″ on-center
- Trusses at 2′ on-center with 2 1/2″x6″ metal truss plates
- 4″x4″ runners and 2″x4″ floor joists, all pressure-treated (joists are 12″ on-center for extra strength)
- 3/4″ Huber PerformMAX® 500 tongue-and-groove flooring
- LP® SmartSide® siding and MiraTEC® trim, both with a 50-year warranty
- 2 coats of Lifetime Warranty Sherwin-Williams® Resilience® exterior paint
- Dimensional shingles with a 30-year warranty
- Heavy duty door hinges fastened with 2 1⁄2” screws and bolts
- A 10-year, top-to-bottom warranty!
